After-School Programs

FALL REGISTRATION

AUGUST 29 - SEPTEMBER 12, 2017

The After School Enrichment Program (ASEP) is a PTA program designed to offer our Camino Pablo students an easy way to enrich their education. This program is managed and run by parent volunteers.  Please email caminopabloasep@gmail.com with questions/suggestions.

All classes are offered by CP teachers or outside instructors who are solely responsible for their curriculum.  All instructors are background checked and fingerprinted by the Moraga School District.  

Class Descriptions

Descriptions of each class are available in the column to the right.  A calendar view of all offered ASEP classes is also available.  Please note that ASEP classes are no longer offered to TK students, unfortunately, due to the new kindergarten full day schedule.

Absolutely no early or late enrollments will be accepted.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

1) Register per each vendor(s) instructions.

2) Complete the ASEP waiver for each student enrolled.  For K - 2nd graders, please complete the waiver AFTER early/late schedule is determined.  

3) You must complete a Bobcat Club Activity Release Form if your child will be arriving to an ASEP class from Bobcat Club.  Please submit it to Bobcat via BobcatClub@moraga.k12.ca.us or deliver it to a staff member at Bobcat.  If you do not complete this form, Bobcat will not release your child to the ASEP instructor.

Refunds/Cancellations

All classes and activities are subject to cancellation due to low enrollment. If a class is under or oversubscribed, you will be notified and your fee will be refunded.
