In the Classroom

Use a backpack that can hold a 9x12 folder, a book, a jacket and snack. Please, no wheeled backpacks. Help your child practice packing it.

Send your child to school in shoes and clothing that enable safe play.

Label all sweaters, jackets, sweatshirts, etc.

Please do not bring toys, stuffed animals or other special objects.
All-School

The K Wednesday schedule is now “all early” like 1st and 2nd.

Please do not distribute party or other invitations at school.

Any student who hits or bites must be sent to the office.

Do not send knives of any kind (including plastic) to school.

Adults visitors and volunteers need to sign in at the office at the start of their visit and MUST have completed the volunteer training on the district website.

Experiences and information acquired while helping in class are confidential. Speak directly to the teacher about any questions or concerns.

The District does not receive funding for students who miss a full day of school; please plan absences judiciously and consider reimbursing the District for lost ADA funds.

If your child will miss 5 or more consecutive days of school, please contact the office to arrange an Independent Study Plan.
